At what point does a grilled cheese not become a grilled cheese anymore? Like if I put bacon and tomato on it, is it still a grilled cheese? Or is it a panini then?

Bakesale bettys chicken sandwich was way better before 2010? tho before the switched to diff bread and less chicken and higher price. Still pretty cheap for what it is tho.
