I’m constantly asking for more work or slacking off because I realistically need 4 hours to get most things done. It drives me insane and I feel like it makes other people look bad but wtf am I supposed to do it they’re firing people who are actually not doing their work?

I understand where you’re coming from but I either bust my ass and get a 30k bump or leave and get that bump and I’m leaning towards the latter

yeah i dont care about my job or keeping a steady income because im so understimulated all the time so i save work til the last minute and then do it in a rush
