It’s been the honor and joy of my career and life to have been on this Daft Punk journey. Beyond being genius innovators Guyman and Thomas are so generous, lovely and professional. They’ve impacted not just my career but my life in profound ways.

And the memories! That sweaty night dancing at the pyramid at Coachella where 40,000 people tried to get in that tent knowing they were witnessing history in 2006. Flying around Europe with my own fingerprint lock titanium briefcase that held the secret album the world longed for to be birthed as RAM. That Anthem party where Pedro DJ’d “Daft Punk Is Playing At My House” by LCD and the robots were right there in human form at the turntable and not a soul there realized. Days in Paris where I went between Daft duties, meals and Kanye’s place for my work and kept pinching myself that I wasn’t in Milford Michigan anymore. That Grammy sweep night with Pharrell and I screaming, crying and us all hugging after those wins. That after party of ALL after parties where I threw my fur under a speaker and danced all night with a bottle of Dom in one hand and spinning around with everyone who walked on that lit up floor. The time I mixed up limos at the TRON premiere and barricaded Jeff Bridges in his car for 20 minutes mistakenly! Me playing that album in pitch black label board rooms and studios where I’d take people’s phones and watch seasoned journalists emerge in tears or executives dancing the whole time like at a club. Lollapalooza backstage seeing the robots in black hooded capes and looking down to see Guyman’s black Nike high tops poking out. Thomas with that twinkle in his eyes always. That midnight rehearsal with Stevie Wonder will go down in history for me- and the lovely soul that is Pharrell sending emails to do a friend check-in despite flights to 3 countries in 2 days. Real bonds and relationships came- Paul Hahn the dearest of friends who changed the course of my life and got me to California.

It’s been fascinating to be apart of such mythology and history. Guy-man and Thomas are creators, thinkers and feelers of the highest order- there is and will never be a group like Daft Punk.
