Heartbreaker by Teriyaki Boyz also has production credits and samples HAA
It's not on US Spotify and it's basically just a sample of HAA over and over.
“While everyone was trying to make human voices sound robotic, Daft Punk was making robot voices sound human.”
Tron soundtrack and RAM are the best albums
Hope RAM is the last album, Horizon is a perfect closure.

idk i'm still pretty upset over their split.

mood board kanye fan people are the worst
Low-key the more distance from this split, the more frustrated I am.
Guys waited 8+ years without an album, did dozens of solo stuff, waited 10+ years without a tour, and then announced a split randomly out of nowhere. Sounds like they got in the studio and gave up bc they didn't feel right about it.
I love "I Feel It Coming" just like the next guy, but that and that Parcels song being the final things the robots do together just feels like an awkward finale.

Eh the truth is these are people, just like you might be sick of your job and quit they can do the same

Oh I agree, but it's still disappointing. The amount of potential that went down the drain is kinda crazy to think about.

definitely agree it blows, and I was honestly very surprised
I had honestly gotten really into them like a year ago so I was hoping for some new music
I think the whole Dario Argento mishap was proof the split announcement was a sudden thing that they mutually decided rather quickly.

i think disappointed is better than being frustrated
i feel like something happened which we will never know, if not for decades to come
or it might be like you said where they were busy working on the album (i remember leakers saying they were in the studio alot) and it just didnt feel like they could do something that would work
RAM is an insane album to end their career with though
i do hope they still make stuff individually, theyre too talented to just stop
too talented man
that part @ 53:00 always gets me
and remember this s*** was done live... not just them mixing up some tracks.. they had drumm machines, bass lines, synthezisers i love the syntesizers all hooked up and were making alot of that s*** on the spot

Huge article about their separation.
Biggest takeaways:
They were going to tour but what they wanted to do, logistically and technologically, was too much money or not up to their desires.
Thomas is interested in film/other projects; Todd Edwards confirms he's working on some things right now - related to music and movies
Guy-Manuel works with Eric Chedeville (Le Knight Club co-founder) regularly, but rarely releases any of it/puts anything out ("I Feel It Coming" & "Rest" were two examples of them finally seeing the light)
The Weeknd collabs came from Guy-Manuel's friendship with Abel, with the My Dear, Melancholy Gesaffelstein tracks being a result of Guy-Man sending Abel some of Gesa's demos from his album Hyperion.
Guy-Manuel seems to be interested in American hip-hop, which Thomas is significantly less interested in. Unsure if this will ever go anywhere bc it does not confirm whether Guy-Man has any projects under wraps.
The duo did go in the studio prior to breaking up, but little is known about what happened. They were clearly not very happy with the results or lost motivation.
They're still friends and ended amicably.

I’m only 23 and feel out of touch because what is a mood board
This image broke my heart when I saw it. It seems like they're still so artistic and interested in making things, but they drifted apart and wanted to end things before conflict started and before their friendship got hurt.
