He admits his mistakes and how his offense got a bit stale at the end of his time in GB

Word is McCarthy wants him to stay on as OC and offered him the job to stay on

But University of Washington offered him the OC job there.... he was born and raised in Washington

His college coach was there last season too, so it would be an easy transition

Yeah but Peterson isn’t there anymore

McCarthy is going to call plays tho

I am really liking the names McCarthy is targeting for coaching staff....

He is targeting John Fassel to be the Special Teams Coach... he is currently the ST Coach for the Rams and has been for a number of years.... and they’ve been on the better ST’s units in the NFL for quite a while now

Not only are they just good but they’ve come up with a lot of great trick plays and fakes over the years from their ST’s unit.... this would be an amazing hire

And Mike is targeting Jim Tomsula for the DL coach

So far we are potentially looking at....

HC - Mike McCarthy
OC - Kellen Moore
DC - Mike Nolan
ST Coach - John Fassel
Secondary Coach - Kris Richard
DL Coach - Jim Tomsula
QB Coach - Jon Kitna

Fassel is the most impressive, our STs been dog s*** for way too long

Richard will probably stay off the strength, no one is really giving him a shot at HC rn.
