He got some big songs that I ain't too fond of but the good thing about him is that none of the songs from him ever makes me feel like "Yea the label was behind this one" unlike 95% of rappers out there

i really love to see when people as about his craft as Kendrick etc use their go-to words to buy time and the certain rhymeschemes they have memorized, but flip differently etc in freestyles. it's so playful and let's you know they invested so much in honing their skills

just a guess based on the songs you felt and didn't, do you prefer the more rappy deliveries than his melodical ones on it? Definitely his rap. I really f*** with GKMC and S80, don’t like tpab much at all

that's funny AF gotta love his goofiness. i didn't find the freestyle cypher (like with some teenagers having fun, think it's between 2015-16) i was looking for fam, but I COULD SWEAR that Kendrick is legit saying "Off the meds, ducking the feds" which is funny af because it's such a clicheish rhymescheme etc, but the way he was saying it ironically
