There's A Riot Going On changed my life the first time I listened to it in college. It's a top 5 all time album for me.

I was listening to 1000 deaths and I was instantly reminded of how the main groove of that track is a tribute to Spaced Cowboy. But yeah, just an incredible and unique album overall

The original leak of 1000 Deaths, which was supposed to be on the scrapped James River album, sounded even more like it.

Wow, thanks for putting me on to this. This is basically an alternate mix of the album cut. I do prefer how dryer and more minimalist this version is. Album version sounds a lot muddier, especially at the end.
lowkey only flaw with BM, mixing is kinda mid on certain tracks, especially compared to Voodoo
