Why though? Why is it a bad thing for people to cry for help? More often than not it’s NOT coming from a place of simply “wanting attention” but more-so wanting to just alleviate whatever it is they’re feeling. Especially when a celebrity posts some s*** like this, they get all the attention in the world from whatever it is they post, so posting something like this is probably her genuinely expressing concern for her well-being. You also sound a bit fragile yourself, I’d talk to someone if you don’t already. No need to make things harder and handle them on your own.
