fancy lacriminalI think he changed it to Starburst to slightly sidestep the Bowie comparison as recently as that last Danny Brown Show pod. On the setlist it says Stardust, which he says was the title track. & refers to it as such. But this is the most recent mention
I wasnāt there, but at the Vancouver show where it was premiered he apparently said something like āthe new album is called StarDUST, this song right here is called StarBURSTā

danny just doesn't fit this production style to me idk. features he's been doing and the leaked songs just confirm that for me, him doing the fast rapping over these beats borders on corny a lil bit too much for me. but love that he's still staying true to him and doing whatever he wants, might just need to adjust to it

I actually ended up liking Scaring The Hoes but I think whatever sound Danny does can work for me because heās never made anything I didnāt like.
Iām not in love with the style of this but Iām still open minded and I bet there will be a few of my favorite songs oty on here regardless. He was damn near my MVP of 2023 and that wasnt even long ago lol

danny just doesn't fit this production style to me idk. features he's been doing and the leaked songs just confirm that for me, him doing the fast rapping over these beats borders on corny a lil bit too much for me. but love that he's still staying true to him and doing whatever he wants, might just need to adjust to it

psychoboost like most of jane's non dariacore stuff didn't click w me at all sadly but I do like what I've heard of copycats! i think this is one of those things where i just need the full album/vision to really take in the sound without my own expectations/reservations

also true about that grime point and it's one of my favorite things about him so that's why i don't wanna write this off yet. i think im judging too much just cus i don't love this sound on its own whereas ive loved the sounds he's played with before

Copycats should def be the second single, has potential to be one of his most popular tracks I think

true but it's more about how natural sounding it is, a lot of it seems messy because it sounds like he's being randomly inserted into the song rather than it being his record if that makes sense.. not sure how to articulate it well but compare psychoboost to this and how it's constructed around his verses/energy. i know that's a feature but the leaked/previewed songs carry the same style & formula
