tor and vpn is redundant and nearly every vpn keeps logs and will turn them over to law enforcement

vpns aren’t as end all be all as one may think. they are cool for masking your ip/location at a surface level for basic internet activity, but they are hardly private.

pretty much all of them keeps logs even if they say they don’t, and pretty much all of them will hand your logs over to law enforcement should they get a request to

also, vpn with tor actually makes you stand out. the whole purpose of tor is anonymity, which is why you sync your time with the world clock when you connect - almost like all users are in a haystack. using a vpn with tor sticks out like a sore thumb, and can lead you to exposure faster
