Got sexually assaulted by some bigwig in Hollywood & thinks he got blacklisted for pushing himself off.
Ex wife bankrupted him
And he had hella surgeries cause he did a lot of stunt work himself.
A few more things happened but all of it pretty much led to him getting depressed & his career rapidly declining

After working on a FX miniseries called Trust he began receiving a multitude of offers for new films, such as working with industry greats like Martin Scorsese, Steven Soderbergh, and now with this film by Darren Aronofsky.
