i mean yea that album art is terrible
that and hours are probably his worst album covers to me
and hours is a forgettable album anyway
Oh my god the Hours cover reminds me too much of boys band photo shoot that was from that era, in France this french boys band was MASSIVE and I mean look at it:

Doesn’t it look too similar?
It’s a shame because as I’ve posted it here Hours pose references a beautiful statue from Italy.
But yeah I hate the album either way, I don’t think I dislike it more than his first album? but god, he sure failed us all when he promised after Earthling and his famous 50th birthday show where he said he didn’t know where he was going from there on but promised us to not make us bored, but then proceeds to “bury” Earthling persona on Hours album cover as a tired Bowie only to bring us a big album of .. nothing.
There’s a whole thing to it attached to the game with David Cage tho we should expand in that.
I think I’m more keen on Reality art as I think it ages better .. this alternate is cool tho imo:
With the original photo
But either way it’s another album with covers, like I said usually those are the ones that are in majority the lesser exciting Bowie albums with the exception of Heathen

yea thats such a late 90s type of album cover and those colors tho lmfao
but yea hours was very forgettable i think i only listened to it once or twice in full.
that alternative reality cover is cool certainly better than the actual one, just don't like all white covers and how cartoonish it looks lmao
and in general i don't really mind the cover songs on his albums tbh
most of his albums got one or two so its fine with me.

Of all goats Bowie sure is the one that has the most intriguing and obscure picks to cover, that’s so him tho
Which one you like best
Words from the front yours?
And I’m surprised toms not much bigger because of that
