Aside from Flash and Green Arrow most of those properties would get no movie and probably no HBO Max show
Black Lightning was lucky to get in a cartoon now he got a whole show. Same for the dude getting a spin off. And some of these lesser known iterations of Batwoman, Wonder Girl, etc.
What does it hurt? Hope they create a whole universe for the side characters of DC. Need a Nightwing show next

Would be cool to see a show focused on what Nightwing did/does in Bludhaven when he initially left Bruce
Whether on HBO or CW
HBO would probably be a higher quality production though. If you compare the CW shows to Marvel's Netflix stuff it does kinda make the CW stuff look like Power Rangers for adults lol

HBO is what I would put him on. I'm a big Nightwing fan lol don't ruin him.
Only good CW seasons were Arrow Season 2 and Arrow Season 5
