I understand that not every child is gonna turn out bad from being home schooled as home school, just like public school and private school has its pros and cons. I'm more so pointing out how that his developmental problems were more likely there for his parents to notice.

There parents that can be both a parent and a teacher, but there are others whom can't balance the two. However, with him being an adult he has to tackle his issue.

bruh the parent has to display an ability to teach and be approved by the state after meeting certain requirements

I can agree with flynn that homeschooling is often weird. When I did online homeschooling, and most homeschooled kids I knew lacked both academic and social skills, especially with 24/7 internet access frying their brains. Also White rural parents are often racist and they are instilling that in their children even more.
