Hope it means the rumors of him getting mgs back is true & it isnt just a simple callback

There was rumors that kojima might get the rights from konami & playstation was trying to buy silent hill from them too, which i dont believe the silent hills one, but the kojima mgs rumors seem to hold more water & be more persistent.

Seems a little odd for this to happen out of nowhere & how zipped he usally is about mgs due to the konami lawsuit. This is his only & major reference since the whole thing.

Also another rumor is that Bluepoint is gonna remake MGS1 like how they did Shadow of the Colossus & Demon's Souls. Dont know if that ties into kojima or playstation, but yeah. Its like demons souls rumors for bluepoint that were around for a long time before it was offically told.

TL;DR: rumors of konami selling off some ip to make money on their current failings might mean kojima might have bought the mgs rights. Who really knows tho.

Hmm I have mixed feelings cuz it’s like damn my nigga Kojima got his IP back but at the same time Death Stranding was so interesting cuz it was Kojima going full Kojima with a new title. I kinda want to see another new game from him before he tackles a franchise again

Yeah man. Death Stranding was one of my favorite gaming experiences in the last couple of years, those boss fights with Cliff and Higgs were insane, the plot twists were crazy, really felt like an arthouse sci fi flick. I wanna a full on horror game from him next
