Just started on this game today. Wow. This is something different. It’s hard to say what it is but it has a certain tranquil, melancholy vibe to it. It’s art. Still very early for me but I’m liking it.

Keep at it. It gets better as you go on. The groundwork being laid and the monotony helps make the payoffs later so effective.

Parrying and choking out MULE's with a little ass strand This hard! Just got the Maser Gun too. I was enjoying the game from the start but it's getting even better with the additional things that get introduced into the gameplay.

didnt wanna revive the thread for some reason but i started this last week. i feel like the closest game i can compare it too is, surprisingly, fallout new vegas. idk maybe its because ive been walking around there a lot too. but yeah its very very unique in how it feels, its surprisingly intimate lol

Yo…I’m only on episode 3, but I gotta say this right here is unlike any game I’ve played. It’s already feeling very special and intriguing.

The melancholy mood, the terrain you traverse through, the lovely music that starts playing at certain moments while you’re traversing.

Learning how to manage your cargo in the most efficient ways, choking out MULES with a strand or knocking them out with a cargo container you just picked up from the ground, and the feeling of accomplishment when you manage to pass through a BT area or take out the big BT monsters in the midst of a sea of black water while running for your life.

It also looks great and performs great. Flawless 60 fps on my PS5. So glad I decided to purchase this when I saw it on sale on the PlayStation Store.
