Yeah. It pulls your friends list and adds their names to random structures
The likes you get are faked too based on an algorithm how useful the item is in the zone it is placed in. You get a minimum likes per hour / day if you place good items
So then how can i click on every structure and pull up their psn profile
“Puts it on random structures” i screen shot everytime i see my friends names and they remember the structures
Ur just saying anything

People don’t wanna hear the truth about death strandings faked online

Where you getting that info from though? I ain't never heard this stuff.
I'm still busy with episode 2, just under 4 hours in. Idk who was calling this slow and boring early on but I honestly can't relate
This is unlike anything I've ever played. Seeing someone else's ladder already placed in a pathway that could've been treacherous without it brings a feeling that I can't quite describe yet. It's like a multiplayer-adjacent hub without the flurry of n-words and f-slurs. Digging this, a lot, and I can't wait to get to the parts that are considered the game hitting its stride or whatever.
The traversal clicked with me because it forces you to stay engaged by scanning terrain and balancing your stuff out. Some might consider this busy work and don't get me wrong: I definitely understand why some folks are mixed on this or consider it outright boring AF. I guess you either fw it or not. Kojima with the US of A pole-shining is par for the course at this point but I'll take it as an allegory for humanity's need to stay connected.
Kojima is definitely a westaboo FOR SURE, but I think any of his pole shining that isn't strictly aesthetic, is definitely usually satirical/allegorical like you said
Glad you enjoying it tho, game is super based
i tried playing the first game a few times before and it never clicked but i decided to give it another go and i'm fully hooked now
i see the vision
i'm early in chapter 3 rn and it's all i can think about. i'm loving the world and characters. i'm even reading a lot of the data/interview things to piece more things together and i've never really bothered with that stuff in other games, except for control. art direction is insano as well
i thought the gameplay was a little boring in my previous attempts but for some reason this time it hasn't felt that way. maybe it's because i've recently played mgs2 and snake eater, so i "get it" now idk. i really enjoy the traversal, even though it can be pretty clunky, especially in vehicles, but i think the fidelity of the environments helps mask that somewhat. combat is really simple, but that's clearly not the focus of the game. bt's feel like a bit of an afterthought ever since i got the hematic grenades. they were scary at first but now they don't really seem to present a problem
i already copped ds2 on ps5 to play later this year

Clumsy traversal is definitely part of the experience especially in the start, but youll get more tools and will be able to set up structures to make it wayyy smoother later
enjoy the game its truly special
