Also its pretty common to not remember what u did at work a few days ago or what you ate i think. I have to write down what I do for work every day and whenever I skip a day logging it in, I forget what I exactly did and how long it took. Also dont remember what I ate yesterday unless i think hard about it. Dont think its something to worry about unless it bothers u. Try meditating so you can get some rest or hit up a doc for advice.
