Other than adding to your streaming numbers, is the 'Deluxe' version counted in the original releases' numbers? Do these just pad out your second/third/fourth week numbers?

I noticed Uzi, Nav and presumably Cudi and Carti all release deluxe albums as a separate release on Spotify etc - and the 'new' tracks are at the start of the new deluxe album with the older ones at the end.

Is there any reason to this? Back in the day deluxe albums were just a couple extra tracks released probably at specific retailers but on the same day. Now it's like a mini-mixtape on its own.
