The NA premier for the movie that showed the first episode of S3 was out two weeks after the Japanese release. It most def will be their biggest marketing push and the previous movies was a testing ground imo.

It’s possible since the last arc is 22 chs. Mugen Train got a movie and it was only 12 chs. Imo I think they will incorporate the last arc with the third movie and end the show.
