I liked it. Still pissed theyre milking this for 3 movies.
its 3 ??? are they pausing the anime until all the movies are out
how long are the flashback segments?
Only reason im on the fence of seeing this is the length and ive already read the manga

Short but there’s a lot of them throughout, Akaza’s is its own anime tbh

brother if theyre not fighting theyre in a flashback sequence.
One of them had to be 20 .minutes at least.
Thats why I csnt say I really loved it.

The anime is over. Movies end the series.
You'd think, wow they could've just fit this all into one slightly longer season. But then money,
What anime

oh
maybe i will finish that last season then
i’m not gonna lie watching this in imax sounded like i was in a warzone and hurt the experience.

Goddamn. Imma still tap in cause its anime on the big screen but hope the 2nd one has less rehashing s***
i read the manga all the while it was releasing until the end five years or so ago, and one of my friends who i've put on it last year asked me if i wanted to go see the movie, so i went after watching the last season just to refresh my memory
they did the beginning of the arc justice, and the flashbacks were inevitable, they are a part of the story just like the fights
i just empathized so much for my friend who lamented the long ass wait for the next movie(s), its really too much. like if they release the second one in 2027, then the final one would be in 2029? thats insane lmao

Yeah I gotta wait bate minimum 3 years to maybe 5 years for this one arc to finish that they really could've done in a season.
Meh. 3 movies is just milking it
This was really good, but the flashbacks wasn’t received all that well in my group. Wished we saw it in IMAX tho
In the end it’s all good cuz that second movie is what it’s all about
Well, tell them to get ready for Inosuke's and Kokushibo's flashbacks in the next one

This movie was roughly equivalent to 7-8 episodes, so if you think of it as getting a mini-season every 2 years (assuming the other two movies are just as long), it’s really not so bad. If I had to guess, 2-3 years is probably the average gap between anime seasons anyway.
Also, they want to make money - this movie alone will probably bring in over $600 million. Given Mugen Train’s success a few years ago, it’s not hard to see why they chose this route.
Ass in seat rn. Why do so many b****es in the theater have blankets. Is this something new?
well it is definitely a demon slayer movie. whole lot of flashback, whole lot of inner monologues, they do try and make you pity damn near every villain, but it looks pretty and has some good fights
been some years since I read the manga so I'm familiar with bigger plot points but hazy on the minor details. from what I remember movie 2 will probably be the best of the 3

maybe u are getting old
imax sound was perfect to me felt like i was in the infinity castle myself

i feel like there are movies that are made for imax and then stuff like this that are just loud as hell for no reason

igy completely - def was loud, but i liked the event feel.
Manga readers— worth reading?
Or should I just blind it anime only for the rest of movies
