that last 30 minutes had me shook. was a slow movie but good and then that finale stood with me. one of the best films of the decade

Apr 14, 2020·2 repliesJust finished watching the first movie. I tried reading the book but got tired of it. The movie was good. I expected way worst after seeing the reviews. My wishes for Denis’ movie:
- for the Baron to not be so comical. Make us take him seriously and make him more ruthless
- the worms to look scarier
- the rock climbing scene could look more dangerous
- the plot to be laid out better at the beginning. Im afraid the average viewer might have problems following.
Im also concerned that Timothey might have been miscast. His body frame looks a little small for everything Paul is supposed to do.
Anyway Im excited to see how they modernize this

yeah but given his physical abilities and the fighting he does I would imagine he's more built like ripped. Tim is a pencil no offense. for example his fighting with some of the freemen
