but 2049’s center focus is about K and whether or not he even has a soul.
I respect everything about 2049 far more then the OG.
It’s visually amazing, beautifully tragic and has some of the most impactful moments in a film for me in a long time
I can get behind that and I agree, I think the film kinda collapses towards the ending when it becomes more and more about Deckerd and it kinda loses the focus and intrigue it had in the first place
