Idk about yall but I have complete faith in the Dune TV series so long as Denis is involved to some extent, it’s not that hard to just copy and paste the aesthetics and apparently they have a novel to base it off of so to me everything is there, need hour long episodes and we’re good
I might be remembering wrong but I don’t think he’s involved with the show
About to watch part 1 again now that I understand things more after watching part 2.
I saw part 2 in imax, and I’m considering see it in regular version to see what it’s like. Or should I hit imax again? Then see this thing a third time in regular.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a movie twice in theaters. But it was that good.
Saw once upon a time in Hollywood twice!
Should have saw Babylon and La La land twice.

He was slated to direct the pilot originally but couldn't make it work scheduling-wise. The cast is pretty legit (Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Jeremy Strong) but they've changed showrunners and directors a few times.

whats the correct way to watch this? Real imax or dolby amc?
If you have a real IMAX close by that’s legit the only right option

Most people find BR 2049 boring. It's not a popcorn blockbuster film and is very light on character moments imo (in terms of dialogue and stuff. More focus is put into the world)
seats are almost sold out for the week already next week for all the 70mm shows. I wanna go but I have to drive an hour. I will though. I wanna see the difference.
this movie is so good can't wait to see it a 3rd time
gonna see it in 70mm twice

yeah my grandpa & brother thought 2049 was boring
but liked arrival
What's there a difference between watching this in laser imax and 70mm imax if the film is shot in digital imax?
Got half a mind to get the The Art and Soul of Dune: Part Two - would make a great coffee table book
