it is. they would have to reach a deal with SAG as well in order for actors to promote the films. by then, there would be less than a month to promote the movie (assuming they quickly reach an agreement). tentpole releases like this start getting heavily promoted 1 1/2 - 2 months before release

Wasn’t the SAG only going on strike to support the WGA? I’d imagine within a week or two max, they’d be ending the strike also

Nah they had their own issues they were striking for but I do believe they were waiting for WGA to get theirs done before negotiating their own and it’ll be done quicker since they have more leverage
