Can’t stop thinking about this masterpiece. Luckily I have the soundtrack to hold me over till Thursday
did those who saw it get a little DUNE IMAX poster on the way out? had to snag two
“Frankly, I hate dialogue. Dialogue is for theatre and television. I don’t remember movies because of a good line, I remember movies because of a strong image. I’m not interested in dialogue at all. Pure image and sound, that is the power of cinema, but it is something not obvious when you watch movies today. Movies have been corrupted by television.”
Lol no wonder he doesn’t write a lot of his scripts. Apparently he would love if he could pull off Dune Messiah with no dialogue.
Also I’m the complete opposite, give me great dialogue from dope characters and that’s all I need. The hangout/banter scenes from Goodfellas or Pulp >>>>>>>

He's a madman. How can you not appreciate some playful, clever dialogue lol.
Making a great movie without any dialogue seems really challenging. If he can pull it off with a blockbuster that would be wild.
Send me one
If you don't get one at your showing I would fr. Keep me posted.
can somebody who hasn't seen Part 1 go into this movie and still walk away knowing wtf is going on?
F*** no. Respectfully
