The white boys who don't really care about anything below surface level in rap exposing themselves with this ian topic.
Listing other white rappers is not a good rebuttal, ian literally a year and a half ago was on his high school rugby team going to college. He started rapping cause of tiktok, got cool with producers, then this fake zone6 atlanta persona came, it went viral. The people defending his persona as if it's just him being white ar being willfully obtuse, there are plenty of white rappers who are Themvelsves and rap like where they're from, even MGK as much as people dislike him has always remained himself in rapping, lil whyte, Paul wall etc. Ian can have influences but channeling that influence into a character instead of Himself is where all this heat from, semetary is clearly keef and glo influenced but he raps like a Midwest grunge kid and raps about that s*** cause it's him. IAN is a upper middle class white kid through and through.

He does mimic the lingo but I just seen someone post a vid of his voice and it does sound similar to his music.

Ian’s issue to me is that he went for the “I’m a suburban white dude that can rap like Gucci” and basing his whole image off a meme. I don’t think it’s as bad as someone like Post wearing gold grills and braids calling himself white iverson but he definitely comes off as a vulture.
