Eternal Sunshine is a classic

But idk if I would call it depressing? It kinda runs with the theme that you can't erase true love and it'll always come back around.

But then at the same time was the couple good for each other? If not then I guess that is depressing that heartbreak always comes back around.

Guess just depends on how you look at it.

Blow out the John Travleta movie is depressing?? I been meaning to watch it

it's end message is actually kinda hopeful, but certain aspects of it and the dreary kinda tone really hits me hard

Most definitely. Like they were basically soul mates and always came back to each other. But then they story always ends in heartbreak...

But maybe it isn't heartbreaking to get a reset button on love once that love starts to fade...

fyi flowers for algernon is a trash ass movie from 2000, but it's still f***ing depressing.

bunch of people s*** on a disabled man until he gets a procedure done that makes him smart. then he turns into an a****** because his mental ability outpaced his emotional ability. then he regresses until he's disabled again.

the movie tried to act like it was a happy ending, but it really wasn't

I didn't think Silver Lining is depressing. More so hopeful how he tackled his mental health and found true love.
