hell yeah. much more than wash us in the blood
lmao this a wild opinion but i respect it. the kinda muted alarm sounds feel very fresh not sure how they're going to age though
Wuitb came out a month ago, what time did it have to age
for me it didn't really do anything. production great but everything else was ehh
i listened to it yesterday and get what you mean. Its hard not to think of TNGHT when the beat drops but its still really good
yeah it isn't a deal breaker but the other songs of the album rly manage to still sound fresh to me meanwhile with blood on the leaves its just ok this tnght
im interested if other ppl hold the same opinion because i never see it brought up. plus it makes for music discussion, in this case : can the hudmo 2013 edm stuff (which was left behind) still sound fresh 7 years later
I guess if I misunderstood the point of the thread I am sorry.
yeezus is never gonna age poorly
Now imagine if Kanye left it as track #1
But having On Sight ad the first track was the right choice
I guess if I misunderstood the point of the thread I am sorry.
don't worry i understand ur concerns glad we cleared this up tho
yeezus v much a product of its time but it's still incredible
true but i feel other songs do a good job of masking it up meanwhile blood on the leaves just takes the popular trap edm stylistic device of the time and doesn't do much with it

the emotion of kanye's performance + the nina sample saves it imo

yeah this is probably why it still does it for me too
