Well around 2016 (whenever Views dropped) is when it feels like he shifted to a more pop sound that appeals to a larger audience but turned off a lot of people who aren't into that

I think around 2018 is when Id say he fell off creatively, though I think it has more to do with him surrounding himself with young talent to stay relevant to a younger audience , a lot of his core audience from those early years either grew up and moved on or turned into stans who don't listen to anything but him
