To be fair Drake IS different. I think he could have done it if he was willing to let go of his desire to stay on top of the game. A semi-retired Drake could definitely have gotten significant equity in Apple Music if he was willing to take on an executive type of role. But I don’t think that’s what he really wants. Especially because a lot of his deals are made through people like Oliver and Future The Prince. Not that he’s incapable of doing it, but I don’t think it’s what he wants for himself currently.
