A lot of those leaked songs were scorpion era songs, I’d say not even 20% of them were meant for CLB.

The 2020 leak was a ton of records recorded for various projects, doubt any of them with the exception of like Rest in Pieces and Not Around were for CLB

I think people need to accept that the album was coming in 2020, and didn't because of the pandemic. That's it lol

the delay was due to still not being able to tour. a little meniscus injury meant nothing, was just a good PR cop out

between LEAK2020, DLDT and his feature run I am positive we have heard a majority of the original CLB. what we are getting now is a ship of Theseus entirely different album with probably a few top tier songs that survived from the original iteration and never leaked.

cool for fans in that we get more overall material, sad for drake in that it may have once again robbed him of a perfect album.

Majority of those leaks were old from the Scorpion era. We did not hear CLB content aside from Lotta 42 and Not Around.

Which is also how you know that DLDT songs were not meant for an album bc most of those songs would not be good to perform (and when he makes albums he makes a lot of the songs performable songs)

Think it was a little bit of both. IMO, Chicago Freestyle, Not You Too, Losses, Lotta 42, and Not Around were all CLB tracks. We can assume some of, if not all Scary Hours 2 would've made it, so would LNCL.

I'd say potentially When To Say When, Time Flies, Landed, Lie To Me, Greece were there as well. We know he originally slotted Solid for CLB so it's anyone's guess what feats he gave away were originally for himself.

I think he'll talk about it in an interview/podcast after the album drops.

He tore his meniscus and couldn’t walk making it hard to work and complete a piece of work you care about a lot. I can tell some of y’all are just plain dumb to how impactful injuries are at this point. He wasn’t in the condition that you want to drop an album in.
