It def did. I think it forced me come to terms with my depression & introversion while also slightly exacerbating them.
If I didn't start making music, going back out, working out etc. idk I mighta been agoraphobic at this point

Honestly the last three years have made me lose all hope for society and basically forced me to selfishly live within my own bubble
