yea i don't know what kind of evidence they have but apparently getting a judge to sign off a Fed warrant to search a home is very hard.

They had to convince a judge in two different states so they needed to have alot of evidence just to have a sufficient cause.

If I had to guess, I would say they're already interviewed Cassie and some of the male prostitutes already. So they have witnesses and maybe one of them revealed there's evidence possibly in Diddy's home that would make a criminal case stronger.

I remember when the alleged victims were filing their civil suits and a report came out that said the Feds weren't looking into Diddy at the moment and there was no case number.
