SilasDiddy's Sean John Frames Pulled From America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses
"America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses has halted sales of Diddy's company's frames, TMZ has learned ... with a rep for the company confirming the move as well.
Stores received a message Tuesday to remove all Sean Johns from the frame boards and replace them with frames at an appropriate price point from understock.
They put a hold on selling the frames and told the stores to wait for further instructions. Unclear what the company plans to do with the merchandise.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... they began pulling the frames online last month and did the same earlier this week in brick-and-mortar stores."

Federal Investigators Convene Grand Jury in Diddy Case
CNN published a story Wednesday morning, saying the Justice Department is moving forward in its investigation of the music mogul by notifying witnesses they could testify before the grand jury in the Southern District of New York, according to two sources familiar with the situation.
CNN also said Homeland Security Investigations agents are taking their time and being very thorough to make sure the case against Diddy is "bulletproof" if/when the indictment drops.

He’s done now. If he was smart he would’ve left the country in March when it became clear they were coming for him.
This started as a Cassie civil suit, which he settled.
The Rod lawsuit, which is also a civil case, was full of inaccuracies.
So at the time, I'm sure hes not thinking he would be under a criminal investigation.
The Feds did a good job of keeping everything secret and getting him when he least expected it.
