I think in the lawsuit they have stated there were some negotiations on payment between Diddy and homie. And I also remember the same thing being said with Cassie. So I’m sure he knew it was coming

Because certain things would be too hard to prove in a criminal court.

For example, Cassie allegedly had alot of evidence but she still filed a civil suit. It's easier for Diddy to be found guilty in a civil suit. The burden of proof is lower.

Cassie was able to get him to settle but he's not settling anymore and has hired expensive lawyers to fight every case.

Just looking at his recent lawsuit made by Lil Rod, the producer whose suing him, its prob not gonna hold up even in a civil suit.

He claims Stevie J is gay and provided screenshot of Stevie J having s***with a Caucasian male except that's not Stevie J. It's a gay p***star.

The lawsuit is unprofessional and poorly written. The lawyer who representing Rod has a history of taking cases like this and he's not that good.

Rod provided pics of underage girls but he looks like he was enjoying himself as well. He doesn't seem like a victim like he portrays himself to be.

A good lawyer would destroy his case in a criminal trial.

It would take more damaging info and strong evidence for Diddy to possibly go to prison.
