Diddy is the only one charged, it makes the racketeering charge very hard to prove and likely would not survive the appeals process or the federal court process. As racketeering requires multiple participants furthering an illegal goal. Yet, the prosecutor is not capable and has not even bothered to convict or charge any other person related to Diddy in this racket, so that charge will not stand on technicality.

S***Trafficking charges are unlikely to stick b/c Diddy filmed them and doesn't appear to have directly participated in most of them according to the indictment, rather, it claims he paid people to have s***with each other and helped transport them then filmed them. This has the obvious defense of being p***o, which is protected under the first Amendment broad free speech measures, so it likely won't stand.
