Diddy’s Attorneys Deny Claims About Minors Being Present At “Freak-Off” Parties

"The rebuttal comes days after Tanea Wallace, who appeared in the documentary The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak Offs, claimed to have attended a party thrown by the music mogul in 2018. According to Wallace, the event lasted into the early hours of the morning, during which she claims to have witnessed intoxicated guests engaging in sexual activities while in the presence of minors.

Combs’ representatives swiftly addressed the allegations, dismissing them as “completely and categorically false.”

"A statement issued on his behalf reads: “Ms. Tanea Wallace has no credibility, and her claims about ‘freak offs’ and minors are completely and categorically false.

As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous. Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.

In court, the truth will prevail: that the accusations against Mr. Combs are pure fiction.”

"Federal prosecutors late Friday said Sean “Diddy” Combs has tried to evade law enforcement monitoring to “corruptly influence witness testimony” while jailed on s***trafficking and prostitution charges, including using phone accounts belonging to “at least eight other inmates.”

In their opposition to Combs’ renewed bail motion, prosecutors say they’ve reviewed dozens of jail calls from the hip-hop mogul, including some in which he instructs the people he’s calling “to add other individuals via three-way call,” which is not authorized by the Bureau of Prisons."

  • Nov 16, 2024

"Combs also “directs others” to pay inmates to use their personal access codes for jail phone calls, “including through payment processing apps and BOP commissary account deposits,” according to the 30-page filing from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan."

  • Nov 16, 2024

"Prosecutors say the violations are part of Combs’ effort to orchestrate a public relations campaign aimed at influencing people who may eventually serve on the jury in his criminal trial, including by “enlisting” his children to post videos on social media celebrating his birthday. And they say his own words prove his intent.

“The defendant (from within the Metropolitan Detention Center) then monitored the a***ytics—i.e., audience engagement—and explicitly discussed with his family how to ensure that the video had his desired effect on potential jury members in this case,” according to the filing.

“Besides flagrantly violating the Court’s October 25, 2024 order prohibiting this kind of interference with a fair trial, the defendant’s own words make clear that his intent is to improperly influence the jury pool in this criminal proceeding.”

"Combs is due in court next Friday, Nov. 22, at 2 p.m. E.T. before U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse in Manhattan. His trial is scheduled for May, but prosecutors have said they may seek a superseding indictment.

He’s currently charged with three counts: racketeering conspiracy; s***trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The racketeering charge, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison, alleges a criminal enterprise that began “at least in or about 2009” and included s***trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice."

"Agnifilo claims the privileged materials include Diddy's handwritten notes to his legal team concerning defense witnesses and defense strategies for his upcoming trial in May.

Diddy's attorney says the feds already admitted to possessing notes recovered from Diddy's cell ... and he says the search and seizure violates Diddy's Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights."
