Yeah they def took her civil lawsuit, looked into it, and said we could nail p f***ing diddy for x y and z and made it criminal

and because she was his gf of a decade plus, she had no choice.

I just think it's crazy for Cassie and her team to be able to be like "nah, none of what I said here matters even though I was an adult when I said this s***"

    Insane

I can’t tell people anything about consent

but yes, the understanding now is that a woman can pull back consent at any point, even years after the fact

but she could have went for a criminal case and decided to go civil to avoid this exact situation that’s happening in court

that’s all I’m saying. she now has to relive everything to help prove Diddy’s guilt for the fed when before he had to prove his innocence or pay her

No she couldn’t have. There’s a statue of limitations on criminal DV charges

No offense but I wish some ppl would take the time to read the law (like what a criminal enterprise is) and time to understand Stockholm syndrome and abuse

They will most likely call a psychiatrist to explain this and there will be more witnesses that prove he was using company funds to do all this like pay the doctors who came to treat her after he beat her, after sexual trauma and the effects of the d**** he gave her to get through this. I remember one escort in particular who said he was a s***slave for diddy and no one believed him but she mentioned him by name in her testimony

This case is just starting. She’s there to establish the basis

It's just so obvious to me that

    1) Diddy is a POS and I'm sure that his violence created a level of fear at various points of the relationship

    but

    2) The violence and fighting had everything to do with cheating. There's no evidence of her as an adult, pushing back against the freak offs. She wanted marriage and kids. The evidence is her being pissed about being a side

Combs' Estevao: If you saw him on social media on vacation with, it was heartbreaking?
Ventura: It could be. I was seven years in....
Estevao: And what about this, about Gina... You wrote, I don't want to be a side piece. But I'll treat you as a king

    More context and details:

Cassie testified about other women Sean “Diddy” Combs spent time with while the two of them were dating.

Cassie testified that she “had some jealousy of Ms. Porter,” referring to Kim Porter, who shared three children with Combs. Porter died in 2018.

Cassie confirmed that it would upset her when Combs would spend holidays with his family and Porter, even though the two were no longer in a romantic relationship.

Cassie also testified that she learned Combs was spending time with a woman called “Gina” in April 2014.

“I was really upset,” Cassie testified. She said Combs denied the relationship to an extent, but added that she and Combs argued multiple times about him getting back together with Gina.

She and Combs also argued with Combs about other women, Cassie said.

Cassie said Combs was also suspicious that she was romantically involved with other men.

Ventura: This is not about what I felt, right? Because you are skipping over a lot here...
Combs' Estevao: What did you write?
Ventura: As much as you think you're Bruce Willis, you're not. Your kids were babies when we started dating

    Ventura: Yes.

    Ventura: Yes

I did not. I saw it all. The STI's, sores on the tongue, the whole nine. I saw her say "It seems like all we do is FO's." I saw it all.

    I've kept up with it.

That does little to change my opinion on this, I think. I didn't see anything where she was forced into freak offs. She may have not wanted to do them at various points, but that doesn't mean Diddy forced her to do them.

And it's obvious that the Stockholm syndrome and grooming angle is the entire angle of the case I just don't think that that's really applicable here. She was 22 at the start of the FO's man.

When did that happen? To my knowledge, the beating at the intercontinental was over phones and someone going into the other's phone?

    More context and details:

Women on social media would often claim to have a relationship with Diddy, his ex-girlfriend Cassie testified.

“It happened often enough that I don’t know that I would remember every single one,” she said.

Defense attorney Anna Estevao asked if Ventura would react when she saw Combs with other women.

“Yes, mainly Gina,” Cassie responded. She confirmed that a woman called “Gina” was the main problem in their relationship.

This is kind of insane ngl

Prosecution is basically saying ignore all of her messaging.

Ignore her saying how she loved Sean and wanted kids by him and marriage

ignore me saying how h**** I am and how badly I wanted these freak offs

ignore all of that s***. I was only saying those things because I was afraid.

    That's crazy bruh

she was in raped in California in 2018 and beaten in 2016

California has 5 years to file criminal domestic abuse, so yes, she could have but chose not to as she initially didn’t even want a case

she wanted $30M for the rights to her book and we wouldn’t be here right now if Diddy had paid it lmfao

no offense, but I’m offended and I do read the law. their situation is multi-state, which explains the RICO/trafficking
