KK's statement after the Diddy lawsuits:
“For months, horrific accusations have been made about me in various lawsuits regarding my former boss,” Khorram said in a statement sent to Rolling Stone.
“These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation and the emotional well-being of myself and my family.
I have never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone. Nor have I ever d***ged anyone.
“The idea that I could be accused of playing a role in — or even being a bystander to — the rape of anyone is beyond upsetting, disturbing, and unthinkable,” Khorram added in the statement.
“That is not who I am, and my heart goes out to all victims of sexual assault. I am confident that the allegations against me will be proven to be untrue.”

More context and details:
George Kaplan, a former assistant to Diddy, said he witnessed Combs being violent with Cassie one time in late 2015 on Diddy’s private jet.
He testified he heard glass break, and when he looked back, he said he saw Diddy standing over Cassie, who was laying on her back with her legs extended up, as if she was “trying to create space between the two of them.”
Diddy was holding up a whiskey rocks glass in his hand, Kaplan said.
“There was a tremendous commotion and stumble, and then the glass crashed,” Kaplan said
He said he looked away, and a few seconds later, he heard Cassie scream, “Isn’t anybody seeing this?”
Kaplan said Diddy later went a different area of the plane and told Cassie to say in the back.
Some of Diddy’s other staff members, including security and management, were on the plane, but nobody went to check on Cassie, he testified.
Kaplan said he didn’t call police about the incident.
AUSA: When you left, what did you do?
Kaplan: I collected myself... Then went to work for an integrated marketing firm.
More context and details:
George Kaplan, a former executive assistant to Diddy, left the company in December 2015.
“The central reason that I left my job as Mr. Combs’ assistant was that I was not comfortable or aligned with the physical behavior that had been going on that I had seen pieces of over the course of a couple months.”
Kaplan said he didn’t want to be a party to “fixing those types of things.”
He said, “It was extremely challenging because I was obviously extremely grateful to be in the role and have a great deal of respect for Mr. Combs, but in my heart of hearts, I knew it was the right thing to do.”

Agnifilo: A few specific questions - you used a corporate credit card?
Kaplan: Yes.
Combs' Agnifilo: How did Mr. Combs pay?

Kaplan: No reason.
Agnifilo: Or apple sauce.
Kaplan: He loves apple sauce
AUSA: When you left, what did you do?

More context and details:
Kaplan said he spoke with Kristina Khorram, Diddy’s former chief of staff, after the apple-throwing incident and also told her about the private jet incident involving Cassie Ventura. She was sad and disappointed, he said.
He said he told Khorram “that this was going to be the last straw for me and I was going to see my way out of this role over a period of time.”
Kaplan told Diddy that he was leaving because his dad was sick, and Diddy was “extremely gracious,” he said.
He said he last saw Diddy before the pandemic. Kaplan kept in touch, he said, “because I liked Mr. Combs and wanted to continue having a relationship with him.”
