AUSA: How often did Mr. Combs say you could not go out without his permission?
Nash: Twice. The first time we went to a gay club, with Kyle and Adrian. Then we went to her LA apartment. Puff called and told her she better bring her ass to his house. She panicked.

AUSA: What did you understand Mr. Combs was saying?
    Combs' Xavier Donaldson: Objection
    Judge: Overruled.
Nash: She packed her stuff and went to her house.
AUSA: Did you attend a Vanity Fair party?
Nash: Yes. Oscars after-party. In 2014 with Cassie, Puff was there

    Combs' Donaldson: Objection!
    Judge: Overruled
Nash: Her hair was long. Puff picked me up and threatened me. I pinned her hair up.
    AUSA: She record music?
    Nash: Often.

    AUSA: What was your role?
Nash: I helped pick songs. I probably should have been called an exec-
    Combs' Donaldson: Objection!
    Judge: Sustained.
AUSA: Her mix tape, was it ever sold?
Nash: No, it was put out free. But it did well, a top download.

AUSA Comey: How much of her music was released?
Nash: I'm being generous to say 10 percent.
AUSA: This would be a good place to break.
    Judge: Jurors, you may break
    [Jurors leave, then Nash]
Judge: Ms. Comey, what he'll say about 2013 is not about the tapes?
    AUSA Comey: No

Is there hard evidence to support the charges that the government is bringing? I read that illegal gun charges are not involved in this case?

and do y'all think they have enough evidence to support the racketerring charges?

"In the federal criminal case being heard in New York, Mr Combs is charged with racketeering conspiracy, two charges of s***trafficking and two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Many of the most severe allegations relate to the racketeering conspiracy charge.

This includes accusations of kidnapping, d***ging, and coercing women into sexual activities, sometimes using firearms or threats of violence"

Atp it's mostly been hearsay but the government did confiscate multiple hard drives and video tapes. Depending what it is on those that could be the evidence they're using to structure their argument

    Yes.

They only need two of the predicate offenses to nail him on the racketeering and they basically already have like 4.
Cassie and Capricorn just yesterday, testified to the kidnapping, firearms, and threats of violence with him having guns waving them around, threatening to throw her in to the east river, etc.

So that's probably the kidnapping, firearms, threats of violence right there.

Mind you, the defense didn't even say Capricorn was lying yesterday.

The paying of the intercontinental is the bribery

The assistants testimony(s) nails the criminal organization aspect of it. Having to cover for him, clean the hotels after him, being threatened into doing x y and z for him,

Because of the violence in that video, and because of the sheer amounts of violence and threats of violence that we've heard already at just 2 weeks in, you've already proven the s***trafficking too, the "using force, fraud, or coercion to compel individuals to engage in commercial s***acts"

it has never been more over.

    And hard evidence?

I suppose that's relative, but what the prosecution witnesses are alleging are so heinous, that not even the defense is trying to fight the actions and threats.

And the biggest piece of hard evidence is the video of him beating the s*** out of her.

  • Having an insane amount of wealth and fame is awesome until it's not.

No one's going to believe that Diddy didn't have massive amounts of power over EVERYONE involved in the enterprise, and he employed Cassie, furthering that even more.

Once it's clearly established that you beat the s*** out of her all of the time, the idea that physical violence, and the threat of other violence, had nothing to do w/coercing Cassie and other victims becomes pure fantasy. S***Trafficking = Slam Dunk

The kidnapping of his own employees Cassie, and Capricorn, to which both testified to already, ALONG WITH the paying of the intercontinental staff, and having your own staff facilitate these "forced FO's" is the racketeering. Racketeering = Slam Dunk

The Prostitution charge, across state lines? Duh. = Slam Dunk

It's really over and he's MINIMUM going to be in jail until he's like, 75

[They've back, before jury and witness Nash brought it]
AUSA: We want to show Mr. Nash a photo of this afternoon's witness Mia, without the screen in the gallery showing the photograph...

  • May 28, 2025

Judge: Bring back in Mr. Nash, and then the jury. All rise!
AUSA Comey: How many times in person have you witnessed Mr. Combs be violent?
    Nash: Quite a few.
AUSA: This is a sealed exhibit. Without saying her name, do you recognize this person we'll call Mia?
    Nash: Yes.

  • May 28, 2025

AUSA Comey: What were you and Mia helping Cassie pack for?
Nash: The OVO fest in Canada.
AUSA: Who came to the door?
Nash: Puff. He said, B*tch didn't I tell you to answer your phone? Then he dragged her by the hair and hit her.
AUSA: How hard was he hitting her?

  • May 28, 2025

    Combs' Donaldson: Objection!
    Judge: Overruled.
Nash: Very hard. We ran to the bedroom but Puff pushed it open. He continued to attack Cassie with his fist.
AUSA: What did you do to try to help Cassie?
Nash: I jumped on Puff's back. He threw me off. Mia too

Nash: He said, Look what y'all made me do. He said she'd go to a plastic surgeon
