Right but it was only one of the charges

Your honor, just count the baby oil bottles… this man can’t be free amongst us
The jury heard the King Combs EP produced by Ye and had a change of heart
2 RICO charges Brian Steele has got a rapper out of god damn
His whole team was insane honestly. On paper they were not losing this off sheer strength but it was hard to see Diddy beating these serious charges
Some niggas bout to show up missing post release :ariscared:
How long until he’s brought back in the “culture” because we know mfs don’t care
the next 24 hours
i didnt expect diddy to beat a single charge but i stopped keeping up about a week ago
this is not a win for niggas, but is definitely an example of how power and status can save you from the grips of some of the most heinous crimes
reminds me of Thug going against his lawyers best wishes and coping to the judges emotions, and the judge falling to the emotions because of the believed impact she perceived he may be able to have on his community afterwards, which as we can see, has been pretty much null since release. I’m not even sure if any development has progressed on the 100 acres of land he bought in ATL. just s*** like that.

Putting cases on every nigga that talked down on me if I’m Diddy

him getting freed is as surprising he was not
people with money and power dont go by law
@wsgmud damn you won
Judge: I think that makes sense. Mr. Combs does not want to go back to the MDC, he is shaking his head. So, 1 pm letters, and we'll convene in the afternoon, I'll let the parties know when.
Agnifilo: He would be a fool, which he is not, to violate any condition

I think innocence is a mirage & the only thing that matters is what the court decides
As f***ed up as that is
I think the opposite
Like we know Diddy/OJ are pieces of s*** who should've been locked up for a long time but got off easy because (according to the juries) the government failed to prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt
Another example, we have a landmark case in our country where an accused r*ped a young girl in her anus but because the legal definition of r* in our country at the time did not include penetration of the anus, he could only be found guilty of the lesser charge of sexual assault. That mf deserved life but got off because of legal technicalities
I realise the importance of innocent until proven guilty and I'm actually practicing so I'm torn. But I just don't think court decisions are the ultimate determinant of innocence/guilt
him getting freed is as surprising he was not
people with money and power dont go by law
right but there was so much evidence against him
he recorded everything
Putting cases on every nigga that talked down on me if I’m Diddy
Feds gonna be on his ass even more now that they wasted all that money/time trying to put him away. He’d be smart to stay low
