Reputable leaker Natedrake said that Arkane Lyon is announcing a game at TGA

Dishonored 3 was seen on a leaked schedule from Nvidia for FY24

I just played the second one for the first time earlier this year

Pretty good game but I think the series has pretty much run its course at this point

first one a classic

Second one’s even better but people won’t admit it

Deathloop was basically Dishonored 3 and it was mid, hopefully they can bounce back

dl nowhere near the depth, creativity and freedom of dishonored lol

death loop is dishonored made simple and casual while being way restrictive in every way

need them to go even further with the outside of combat/powers abilities like how d2 has such as poisoning drinks and what not

a multi connected or straight up open world could be dope too

best stealth series period and pretty good as an immersive sim not much like besides some topdown arpgs - especially in mainstream

hope arkane still has it in them

how much you can do in d2 is crazy

the level design of d2 is also amongst the best in first person titles

they are to 1st person what fromsoftware is to 3rd person in terms of level design, its intricacy and how interwoven it all is

the main city of d2 and its expansion is ridiculous in its detail

I disagree only because its glitchier, not as smooth or polished as the first

also need prey 2

i would take prey 2 first over d3, prey 2 level design and immersive sim gameplay is so good

d3 and p2 to bring arkane back on their feet

or a reboot of dark messiah since they actually have the tech and money to do the advanced and ambitious interactions and systems they werent quite able to pull off originally with it

i played the game on ps4 base and its expansion on gamepass and it was just fine, no issues

the game is better in everyway in its sequel in terms of an actual games - is d1 just bigger, better and more from it system to level designs to what you can do and the set pieces

prey 2017 had issues tho for its first month or so - especially with its saving, even on consoles along with pc

the only stain on it and it was frustrating asl
