This s*** was doomed from conception, like who thought audiences in 2022 wanted to see a pastiche of f***ing 20's era pulp serials that looks like Illumination's throwaways, and who thought people would opt to watch it over....idk, the most anticipated sequel in years that's both a cinematic shot in the arm of the most profitable franchise in film history AND a tribute to the lead actor who tragically passed too soon

Like niggas can say Disney bottled the film on some anti-gay s***, but this movie feels like they let it happen cause they owed someone a favor. I'd never green light something like this.
