Got new management at my afterschool job and what the last managers worked to build is gone in 3 months

Boss told me to interact with the kids more, then went right back to talking about non work related things with other staff that kiss her ass

Its clear most of these people don't know what they're doing, another counselor wrote a letter talking about how she felt management was targeting black staff. To me its just a bunch of suburban idiots trying to run a special needs afterschool program but have 0 knowledge or aptitude on how to empathize

Tl;dr suburban people are dumbasses

Also a kid tested positive for COVID, they didn't tell us that his sister had it a week before he tested positive I had to hear it through typical work gossip three days before they told us to "quarantine"

So like you disagree with the letter about discrimination?

Send them a 4 page letter and enclose it with resignation
