i fr really dont think this argument has the effect you want it to. if this situation were exactly the same except all the people involved were white and the cop didn't shoot the white girl, there's a good chance he'd just end up with one white girl going to prison and one white girl probably dying or at least seriously injured from getting stabbed

That's what I just said. And the fact is we've seen instances of police shooting white people in insanely unjust fashions. I just showed a video of a cop with an AR who killed a man who didn't have a knife, posed no threat and much more. So to say she would have lived if she was white is a huge stretch.
