We seen the body cam tho it was reckless on his part to panic shoot like that he could’ve potential killed the person he was “saving” as well. Plus his aim looked pretty good from an angle he could’ve hit her with an ankle shot if he felt the need to shoot

Ankle shot? Cops aren’t snipers. Theyaren’t trained to shoot ankles.
Cops are trained to shoot for center mass and shoot multiple times.
If you have an issue with that training thats One thing, but he did EXACTLY what cops are trained to do.
