I may be wrong but I don't see Khaled dropping this before the video is ready to go. No reason to. It's still May and summer isn't here yet. If the song is indeed a summer smash, he might wait for a while until the video is ready to drop everything at once and score that high debut.

That narrative will be struck up regardless of when Khaled announces the single. You already know a 69/Nicki single is dropping, how did you know that? Nicki fans already know she's dropping a single with 69 soon so it doesn't matter whether Khaled announces it now or in a few days.
