juicy j still f***s with $uicideboy$ tho.
side note, $uicideboy$ learned how to sample from 3 6
this news site not reputable whatsoever
Yeah this kinda corny. Sampling is essential to hiphop and should never be frowned upon
But sampling one groups entire sound?
C'mon mane.
Theres a difference between being inspired by something and straight up.copying it.
If I remember right Paul was throwing subliminals at Juicy a while back for working with them...I actually tweeted something about that Shutdafuckup tape being the best Juicy can do without actual Paul production and Paul liked it so somewhere along the line he must have convinced Juicy it was some BS idk

Agree with this also mane
But they built they're entire following based on another artists sound.
They didnt just use it as inspiration, they actually sample them.and made new songs out of their old.ones.
That ain't a hunnid.
It's wild people defending this but it goes to show how race effects how people see things.
If Elton John sued Young Thug for sampling him the thread tone woulda be different.
Never trust no old motherfuckas juicy j voice

ok , now I got it , the suicideboys actually f***ed up and fumbled their bag
2:52 Dj Paul talks how the $uicideBoys got pissed at him for sampling them in his nephew's project and doesn't understand how they can get mad when they sample their whole sound and never gave him s***, and then he says he f***s with them
next he talks how he hasn't cleared any sample for their next album so they gotta talk
so basically the suicideboys f***ed up when complained like b****es because he did the same s*** they were doing (bro he even called the project $uicide6ix , it was clearly an homage to them too, they f***ed up )
I'm sure even you can name several three 6 mafia songs that sound like these though...

No it wouldnt.
If youre.gonna sample an artist, you gotta pay or expect to be sued down the line.
That's business.
Good job @Julian
So the $B's played themselves.
Everyone owes Paul and Juicy an apology
yeah , he gave him a pass because he and juicy f***ed with them and they acted like b****es when DJ Paul did the same so now they have to pay

thanks for the additional info on this
paul didn't f*** with them before this
$uicideboy$ first met DJ Paul in 2014 at the House of Blues. The group claims DJ Paul was a fan, since as he supposedly put it, the "group was bringing back the Three 6 Mafia sound."
DJ Paul wanted the group to tour with him, but they turned down his $500 dollar-a-night offer to perform as his opening act.
also if he sampled them in 6 songs for his nephews project he must have been a fan
Age/Sex/Location
This is the real answer. We reject the Gen Z definition

long time between 2014 and 2018 when that tape was released my guy, dj paul in like 2017/18 was subtweeting suicideboys and juicy j a lot, the beef stems back farther than that
juicy played a song with them on a stream earlier this year, i would get it a lil more if he hadn't worked with them in a long time but they still working in 2020
