I think it’s safe to assume so being on life support is certainly not an improvement.

It says it’s from the attorney for DMX, and it’s not really any new information just that he’s in the hospital and in grave condition, plus the usage of the phrase “life support”, but he could have BEEN on a ventilator for all we know tbh
